LocknLock Store Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy as outlined below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or promotional items labeled as “Final Sale”

How to Request an Exchange (In LocknLock Stores)

  1. Visit any LocknLock store where our team will gladly assist you.
  2. Present the item in its original condition along with the purchase receipt.
  3. Select a similar item or a product of equal or higher value. (If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.)

How to Request an Exchange (Online)

  1. Send an email to marketing@locknlock.com.ph where our team will gladly assist you.
  2. Include the following in the e-mail:
    1. The order reference number or a screenshot of the order.
    2. A photo of the item you want to have replaced.
  3. We will reach out with instructions on how to send back the product.
  4. Select a similar item or a product of equal or higher value. (If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.)

Other Important Details

  • No cash refunds will be issued. Items can only be exchanged for products or store credit.
  • If the product you’re interested in is out of stock, you may opt for a store credit valid for 30 days.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the product condition at the time of the exchange.
